 Office Manager and Comptroller
Kay Chandler Solley's Office Manager and Comptroller, is responsible for seeing that all facets of our office runs smoothly and efficiently. She handles all our customer invoicing and sees that all our financial obligations are met and our finances handled properly. Also, she takes care of all our employee fringes and maintains all records critical to the running of a business. Kay has been with SOLLEY for 30 years, so she really know our business and our customers. She can help you with any problem that might come up and rent you a crane too! Solley's Experienced Operators:
SOLLEY is very fortunate in that they have the best-qualified operators in North Alabama. They have the knowledge and training to do any and every lift. Safety is their first priority. They see that their cranes are maintained and ready to operator at their peak performance. Each Operator is matched with the crane they have operating knowledge and skill on. Of course, most of our operators can operator each and every crane we have.
 Tony Grisham also had the advantage of learning from the best. His Dad, James Grisham was a long time employee and the very best mechanic. Tony came on board in July of '83 and is an expert on all our large capacity cranes. You can rest assured that when Tony and his crane arrive on your job site, you are in good hands.
 Fred Hatfield is probably our most requested operator. He has been with SOLLEY for nine years and can make a crane operate like a feather. He has the ability to always satisfy the customer. Fred, Tony, and Bengie , along with all our other operators are licensed, certified operators and they will always do you a good job.
