Message from Ray Solley:

      In 1971 while working in the North Alabama area, I realized that local industry had a need for a contractor to service their plants. My desire was to use my construction knowledge to establish a company that could make available to industry skilled, experienced personnel and the necessary equipment that could be mobilized immediately .
